2. Wallet & Service Billing

All services are charged against your prepaid wallet balance based on the active pricing listed in the catalog at the moment of query execution. Transactions are logged permanently in the system ledger.

3. Modification Requests

NIN modification requests submitted through this platform undergo administrative compliance verification. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in account suspension and reporting to regulatory authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nds Verifier provides identity validation services as an intermediary lookup infrastructure and cannot be held liable for inaccuracies originating from upstream government databases.
